Value of CT Coronary Angiography and DSA Angiography in Diagnosing Coronary Artery Stenosis
Objective To evaluate value of CT coronary angiography(CTA)and DSA angiography in diagnosing coronary artery stenosis. Methods The paper chose 44 clinically suspected patients with coronary artery stenosis in imaging center of our hospital from September 2019 to September 2022,treated with CTA and DSA imaging examinations successively, and compared and analyzed results of two methods"gold standard"of the DSA examination. Results CTA diagnosis was positive in 38 cases(including 2 false positives)and negative in 6 cases(including 1 false negative),with sensitivity of 95.00%,specificity of 85.71%,and accuracy of 93.62%.Kappa=0.762,which indicated high representativeness. Conclusion CTA diagnosis is accurate and reliable for coronary artery stenosis, which similar to DSA examination, and can be widely used in clinical preliminary diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis.
