Clinical Treatment Analysis of Pregnancy Complicated with Iron Deficiency Anemia
Objective To analyze clinical treatment methods and effect of iron deficiency anemia and pregnancy,and summarize treatment experience.Methods The paper chose 100 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia from January 2020 to December 31,2022 as study subjects,reviewed and analyzed clinical data,analyzed clinical treatment methods and evaluated clinical treatment effect.Results After treatment,levels of Hb,SF,Hct,and TSAT of patients increased significantly,significantly higher than before treatment,with P<0.05.No adverse drug reactions were observed during treatment period.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 96.00%,cure rate was 49.00%.Delivery and neonatal outcomes showed,there were 15 cases of cesarean section(15.00%),85 cases of natural delivery(85.00%),no postpartum hemorrhage,2 cases of fetal distress(2.00%),and 4 cases of low birth weight neonates(4.00%).Conclusion After diagnosis of pregnancy complicated with iron deficiency anemia,symptomatic supportive treatment should be given to improve anemia symptoms of patients and ensure safety of mother and child.
