Proton Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Study on Twelve Jing Acupoint Bloodletting Puncture Intervention for Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine twelve Jing acupoint bloodletting puncture on cerebral infarction and brain tissue metabolism, provide new theoretical basis for treatment of cerebral infarction in traditional Chinese medicine based on quantitative analysis with proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy technology. Methods The paper chose 120 patients from 2019 to 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly:experimental group(with twelve Jing acupoints blood-letting puncture),control group(without intervention).Brain tissue was scanned with proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy technology to analyze changes in energy metabolism and compounds including N-acetylaspartate(NAA),lactate(Lac),and choline(Cho).Meanwhile, changes in inflammatory response were evaluated based on detection of neuroinflammatory indicators. Results Cerebral ischemia and hypoxia injury was less in experimental group, with an increase in lactate/pyruvate ratio, reflecting positive changes in energy metabolism.Significant decrease in neuroinflammatory indicators indicated twelve Jing acupoints bloodletting had anti-inflammatory effect. Conclusion The study preliminarily reveals potential mechanism of twelve Jing acupoints bloodletting in treatment of cerebral infarction, provides new theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cerebral infarction by improving brain tissue blood flow, energy metabolism, and inhibiting inflammatory reactions.
