Objective To explore effect of Carbotriol combined with narrow-band ultraviolet radiation therapy for patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods The paper chose 76 patients with psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 for study,and evenly divided them into experimental group and reference group with blind touch dual color sphere method,38 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with narrowband ultraviolet therapy,while experimental group with additional treatment with cabotriol.Skin lesions,incidence of adverse reactions,and life quality was compared between two groups.Results PASI scores of experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in two groups was comparable(P>0.05).Life quality scores of experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of cabotriol and narrowband ultraviolet therapy can improve skin lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,without significant adverse reactions,and improve life quality of patients.
