Effect of Combination of Butylphthalide and Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Injection on Cognitive,Neurological Function and Daily Living Ability of patients with Cognitive Impairment After Ischemic Stroke
Objective To analyze effect of combination of butylphthalide and ginkgo biloba leaf injection on cognitive function,neurological function and daily living ability of patients with cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with ischemic stroke and cognitive impairment admitted to Baoshan District Yuepu Town Shengqiao Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to March 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups(n=35)with random number table method.Control group was treated with butylphthalide,while experimental group with butylphthalide combined with ginkgo biloba leaf injection.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results NIHSS scores of experimental group were lower in all dimensions than control group(P<0.05).1 and 2 weeks after treatment,cognitive ability of experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Fugl Eye scores and Barthel index in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with ginkgo biloba injection can improve cognitive function,neurological function and daily living ability of patients with ischemic stroke and cognitive impairment,which is worthy of research and promotion.
