Clinical Effect Analysis of Antibiotic Downgrading Therapy for Severe Pneumonia
Objective To analyze curative effect of antibiotic downgrading therapy for severe pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 as observation subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method.Control group was treated with single antibiotic treatment,while observation group with antibiotic step-down therapy.Adverse reactions,disease effect,and time for disease improvement during treatment period were observed.Results Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group,P<0.05.Effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Improvement time of symptoms in observation group was shorter than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Antibiotic downgrading therapy can achieve significant intervention effect and promote condition alleviation of severe pneumonia patient,with acceptable safety,which can be treatment plan for severe pneumonia.
