腹腔镜下胃癌根治术治疗晚期胃癌的疗效分析

摘要

目的浅析腹腔镜下胃癌根治术治疗晚期胃癌的疗效.方法将2020年1月—2022年12月本院收治的80例胃癌根治术患者按照随机双盲法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.其中,观察组行腹腔镜下胃癌根治术,对照组行开腹手术,观察两组治疗效果.结果术后3d,观察组氧化应激指标比对照组好,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术指标比对照组好,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组并发症发生率分别为2.50%、17.50%,前者比后者低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腹腔镜下胃癌根治术能使氧化应激水平降低,改善临床手术指标,降低术后并发症的发生率,值得临床推广.

Abstract

Objective To analyze curative effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer.Methods The paper chose 80 gastric cancer patients with radical gastrectomy from January 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly with double-blind method.Observation group was treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,while control group with open surgery.Effect between two groups was observed.Results Three days after surgery,oxidative stress indicators in observation group were better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Life quality in observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Surgical indicators in observation group were better than control group,comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications was 2.50%in observation group,lower than 17.50%in control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can reduce oxidative stress levels,improve clinical surgical indicators,and reduce incidence of postoperative complications of gastric cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
