Clinical Application Comparison of Single Row and Double Row Sutures Under Arthroscopy for Rotator Cuff Injury
Objective To compare clinical application effect of single row and double row sutures under arthroscopy in treatment of rotator cuff injuries. Methods The paper chose 100 patients with rotator cuff injuries in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.50 cases in control group were treated with single row suture under arthroscopy, while 50 cases in observation group with double row suture under arthroscopy.Clinical application effect was studied and compared. Results Observation group had significantly higher levels of shoulder joint function related indicators(UCLA scores, constant scores, and ASES scores),shoulder joint related indicators(flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, and lifting),and overall clinical effect than control group after treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Double row suture under arthroscopy can achieve more ideal effect for rotator cuff injury than single row suture, which is beneficial for improving clinical treatment efficiency.
