Objective To analyze effect of combination therapy with cefoperazone hydrochloride and celecoxib in treatment of lower back myofasciitis.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with lower back myofasciitis in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with celecoxib only,while observation group with combination of etoperidone hydrochloride and celecoxib.Visual analogue scores(VAS scores),Oswestry dysfunction index scores(ODI scores),effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups at different time points before and after treatment.Results VAS scores and ODI scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group at 1 week and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).Excellent and good curative rate of observation group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%of control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole hydrochloride combined with celecoxib can effectively alleviate edema and pain,improve lumbar and dorsal muscle function of lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis,which has good safety.
