Effect Analysis of Bilateral Transverse Fascial Block Combined with Lumbar Epidural Anesthesia Under B-Ultrasound Guidance on Patients with Cesarean Section Surgery
Objective To analyze effect of B-ultrasound guided bilateral transverse fascial block combined with lumbar epidural anesthesia for cesarean section patients. Methods The paper chose 70 cesarean section patients in Zhangjiagang Aoyang Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups with principle of randomization, namely control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with combined lumbar epidural anesthesia, while observation group with bilateral transverse fascial block combined with lumbar epidural anesthesia guided by ultrasound.Effect of different groups was analyzed. Results Analysis of relevant indicators of each group of parturients showed, observation group had shorter time consumption, higher satisfaction degree, and lower postoperative HR,MAP and SBP levels.Pain situation at different time points after surgery showed, observation group had better level of data, and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group.Number of presses on analgesic pump showed, data level of observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical practice, bilateral transverse fascial block combined with lumbar epidural anesthesia under ultrasound guidance can achieve good anesthesia effect during surgery, stabilize vital signs, reduce anesthesia damage to the body, ensure safety and effect of cesarean section patients.
