Effect Study of Endoscopic Assisted Low-Temperature Plasma Adenoidectomy in Treatment of Pediatric Snoring
Objective To explore curative effect of endoscopic assisted low-temperature plasma adenoidectomy in treatment of pediatric snoring. Methods The paper chose 60 pediatric snoring patients and divided them into control group treated with endoscopic tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy(n=30)and experimental group treated with endoscopic assisted low-temperature plasma adenoidectomy(n=30)based on different surgical treatments.Curative effect was compared, study period was from January 2022 to December 2022.Results Treatment effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group.Experimental group had higher sleep quality(QSQ)scores than control group. The ODI,SLT 90%,LAT,and AHI of experimental group was significantly lower than control group,LSaO2 level was higher.Above indicators showed statistical significance in comparison(P<0.05).Before treatment, difference in QSQ scores between two groups was little, there was no statistically significant difference in comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic assisted low-temperature plasma adenoidectomy can achieve significant effect for pediatric snoring, can improve symptoms, restore respiratory and ventilation functions of patients effectively, which has high application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
