Effect of Astragalus Membranaceus and Angelica Sinensis Decoction on Tumor Markers and Bone Marrow Suppression of Advanced Lung Cancer Patients with Chemotherapy
Objective To observe effect of astragalus membranaceus and angelica sinensis decoction on immune function of patients with advanced lung cancer with chemotherapy and bone marrow suppression. Methods The paper chose 110 advanced lung cancer chemotherapy patients met inclusion criteria in Shashi District Women and Children's Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 as research subjects, and divided them into control group(n=55,treated with simple chemotherapy)and experimental group(n=55,with chemotherapy+astragalus membranaceus and angelica sinensis decoction)according to random number table method.Clinical effect between two groups was compared, bone marrow suppression and changes in serum TNF-α,NK and T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)levels were recorded before and after treatment. Results one case was lost in each group, and 54 cases were actually observed in each group. There was no statistically significant difference in clinical effect between two groups after chemotherapy(P>0.05).After chemotherapy, the platelet count(PLT),hemoglobin(Hb),white blood cell count(WBC),and neutrophil count in experimental group was higher than control group, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in experimental group was lower than control group, level of natural killer cells(NK)was higher than control group, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+levels in experimental group were higher than control group, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus and angelica sinensis decoction can effectively improve bone marrow suppression and immune function of patients with advanced lung cancer chemotherapy bone marrow suppression, with definite curative effect and good clinical application prospects.
