临床路径教学法在消毒供应室护理带教中的应用研究

目的 探析临床路径教学法在消毒供应室护理带教中的应用效果。方法 选用本院消毒供应中心2022年6月—2023年6月接收的60名实习生,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30名。其中,对照组采用常规教学,观察组采用临床路径教学法,对比两组带教效果。结果 观察组消毒合格率、手卫生合格率与执行率、带教满意度、考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。两组带教前团队协作能力、职业获益感对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05);观察组带教后高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 在消毒供应室护理带教中应用临床路径教学法效果显著,实习生满意度较高。
Application Research on Clinical Pathway Teaching Method in Nursing Teaching in Disinfection Supply Room
Objective To explore application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in nursing teaching in disinfection supply rooms.Methods The paper chose 60 interns admitted to disinfection supply center of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into control group of 30 cases for routine teaching,and 30 cases in observation group for clinical pathway teaching randomly.Teaching effect between two groups was compared.Results Disinfection qualification rate,hand hygiene qualification rate and execution rate,teaching satisfaction degree,and assessment scores of observation group were all higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in team collaboration ability and occupational benefit between two groups before teaching(P>0.05),which in observation group was higher than control group after teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching method has significant effect in disinfection supply room nursing teaching,with relatively high satisfaction degree of interns.
