Application Research of Refined Management of Premature Infants in Intensive Care Unit
Objective To study application of refined management in management of premature infants in intensive care units. Methods The paper reviewed and chose 100 premature infants in intensive care unit of our hospital from March 2021 to February 2022,and divided them into two groups according to management methods:refined management group and routine management group, with 50 cases in each group.Breastfeeding situation, growth and development indicators, incidence of premature birth complications, incidence of adverse events in pipeline, length of stay, medical expenses, and parental satisfaction degree was statistically analyzed between two groups. Results Start time of breastfeeding for premature infants in refined management group was shorter than routine management group(P<0.05),and time to achieve pure breastfeeding was shorter than routine management group(P<0.05).Total amount of breast milk during hospitalization was higher than routine management group(P<0.05),and total amount of feeding during hospitalization was higher than routine management group(P<0.05).Discharged head circumference of premature infants in refined management group was greater than routine management group(P<0.05),and time to recover birth weight was shorter than routine management group(P<0.05).Incidence of premature birth complications in refined management group was lower than routine management group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse events in pipeline of premature infants in refined management group was lower than routine management group(P<0.05).Length of stay of premature infants in refined management group was shorter than routine management group(P<0.05),and medical expense was lower than routine management group(P<0.05).Parental satisfaction degree of premature infants in refined management group was higher than routine management group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined management can achieve better application effect than routine management in management of premature infants in intensive care unit.
