Risk Factors and Nursing Analysis of Postoperative Incision Infection for Acute Appendicitis
Objective To analyze risk factors, nursing methods, and nursing outcomes of postoperative incision infection for acute appendicitis. Methods The paper chose 80 patients with acute appendicitis surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 as observation subjects, and divided them into two groups randomly by drawing lots.Control group(n=40 cases)was treated with routine postoperative nursing, while observation group(n=40 cases)with postoperative risk nursing.Incision infection rate, nursing satisfaction degree, and postoperative recovery was compared between two groups. Results Incision infection rate of observation group was lower than control group, and nursing satisfaction degree was higher than control group.Postoperative recovery speed was faster(out of bed activity, anal exhaust, length of stay),difference in various indicators was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many risk factors for postoperative acute appendicitis, risk nursing model can improve satisfaction degree, reduce postoperative infection rate, and promote postoperative recovery of patients, which has clinical application value.
