Effect of Emergency Optimized Nursing Intervention for Ischemic Stroke Patients
Objective To study effect of emergency optimized nursing intervention for ischemic stroke patients. Methods The paper chose 60 patients with ischemic stroke from July 2020 to July 2022 as study subjects, and divided them into control group(n=30,with routine emergency nursing)and study group(n=30,optimized emergency nursing)in chronological order.Emergency treatment time, treatment effect(disability rate, readmission rate,NIHSS scores),anxiety and depression(SAS,SDS scores),and other factors were statistically analyzed and compared between two groups. Results Emergency treatment time, disability rate, and readmission rate of study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After 1 day of thrombolysis,NIHSS,SAS,and SDS scores decreased, and study group had lower scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency optimized nursing can shorten emergency treatment time, reduce anxiety and depression, improve neurological function, reduce disability rates and readmission rates of ischemic stroke patients.
