Effect of Staged Nursing Based on Compliance Curve Changes for Rehabilitation and Health Literacy of Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore effect of staged nursing based on compliance curve changes on rehabilitation status and health literacy of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The paper chose 84 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing, while observation group with phased care based on compliance curve changes.Intervention effect was compared between two groups. Results After intervention, psychological status scores and daily living activity scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Self-effect scores and Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged nursing intervention based on variation law of compliance curve can improve compliance and self-effect in rehabilitation treatment of cerebral infarction patients.Targeted staged nursing combined with variation of patients compliance curve can achieve optimal nursing objectives and efficiency.
