Effect Analysis of Multidimensional Individual Nursing Model on Life Quality and Adverse Events of Elderly Coronary Heart Disease patients
Objective To explore nursing methods for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and analyze effect of multidimensional individual nursing models on life quality and adverse events. Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease from October 2020 to October 2022 in our hospital for study, and divided them into control and observation groups based on chronological order of admission,40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing, while observation group with multidimensional individual nursing.Detailed analysis was carried out on life quality, adverse events, and compliance behavior between two groups after nursing, data difference between the groups was compared. Results Scores of various life quality indicators in observation group were significantly higher in all aspects than control group, data had statistical value between both groups(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse events in two groups was statistically analyzed, that of observation group(10.00%)was significantly lower than control group(40.00%),data showed significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in various scores of compliance behavior between two groups, with no statistical value,p>0.05.After nursing, compliance behavior of patients was better than before nursing, observation group had significantly higher scores in scientific diet, reasonable exercise, and standardized medication than control group, with data difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional individual nursing model can achieve significant effect during clinical nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, can improve compliance behavior, improve life quality, and reduce risk of adverse events of patients effectively, which is worth promoting.
