Objective To explore construction and application effect of ICU intensive care model for receiving new patients.Methods The paper constructed an expert group to discuss and develop a critical care model for receiving new patients,and compared handover time,incidence of adverse events,and satisfaction degree between handover departments before and after using the model.Results After using the new mode,handover time of two groups decreased,incidence of adverse events decreased,satisfaction degree of handover departments increased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive care model can reduce handover time,lower incidence of adverse events,and increase interdepartmental satisfaction degree of new patients.
