Value of Refined Nursing for Thoracoscopic Radical Resection of Lung Cancer
Objective To explore application effect of refined nursing intervention for lung cancer patients with thoracoscopic radical resection Methods The paper chose 110 lung cancer patients with thoracoscopic radical surgery in thoracic surgery department of our hospital from January 2019 to August 2023,and randomly divided them into groups according to numerical table method.55 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and 55 cases in observation group with refined nursing intervention.Intraoperative blood loss, extubation time, hospital stay, negative psychology(with Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and incidence of complications was compared between two groups. Results There was no difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood loss, extubation time, and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing refined nursing interventions in patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer can reduce blood loss during surgery, shorten hospital stay, alleviate negative emotions, alleviate adverse reactions, and improve patient prognosis.
