Effect of Hemiplegic Limb Rehabilitation Training Combined with Link Based Health Education on Limb Function Recovery and Life Quality of patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective To study and analyze effect of hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training combined with link based health education on limb function recovery and life quality of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 104 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into groups according to odd and even number method,including observation group(n=52 cases,with odd numbers)treated with routine nursing,control group(n=52 cases,with even numbers)with hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training combined with link based health education.Changes in limb function(upper and lower limb FMA scores)and life quality(WHOQOL-BREF scores)were observed and compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results After 30 days of intervention,the FMA scores of upper and lower limbs in observation group increased and were higher than control group(P<0.05).After 30 days of intervention,the WHOQOL-BREF scores in physiological and psychological dimensions increased in observation group,which were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training with link based health education on the basis of routine nursing can promote recovery of upper and lower limb function and improve life quality of patients with cerebral infarction.
