Objective To explore effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept for elderly patients with femoral trochanter fractures.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with femoral trochanteric fractures admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group(n=40 cases)and observation group(n=40 cases)with random number table method for comparison.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with rapid recovery surgery concept.Two groups were treated with 6 months of intervention.Postoperative recovery,pain scores,Harris hip joint function scores,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results Out of bed time,length of stay,and wound healing in observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Pain scores and incidence of complications in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The observed Harris scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery concept can alleviate pains caused by the fractures,improve mobility,and reduce occurrence of pressure ulcers,infections,and other conditions of patients with femoral trochanter fractures.
