Value Analysis of Performance Management in Hospital Nursing Management
Objective To analyze the influence of applied performance management in hospital nursing management.Methods 96 nursing staff from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected to participate in the study,dividing the time of performance management,routine nursing management before implementation(January 2020 to June 2021)and performance management(July 2021 to January 2023),460 patients were included in the questionnaire survey,and 230 cases before and after the implementation of performance management.Compare the nursing quality,post competence,nursing satisfaction and nursing complaints before and after the implementation of performance management.Results After the implementation of the nursing quality and post competence is higher than before the implementation,Statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05);Patient satisfaction with nursing services after implementation was 98.69%,Higher than 93.91%before the implementation,Post-implementation care complaint rate of 0.87%was lower than 5.22%before implementation(P<0.05)Conclusion Performance management should improve the work enthusiasm of hospital nursing staff,It plays an important role in improving their job competence,Can effectively improve the quality of care,Ensure the effect of nursing management,Further enhance patients'satisfaction with nursing work,And effectively reduce nursing complaints.
