Curative Effect Analysis of"Five in One"Intervention in Rehabilitation Treatment of Psychiatric patients
Objective To study effect of"five in one"intervention on rehabilitation treatment of psychiatric patients.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with schizophrenia with rehabilitation treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,and divided them into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35)with random number method.Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation treatment,while observation group with"five in one"treatment on the basis of routine treatment.Intervention positive and negative symptom scales(PANSS)and rehabilitation status scales(MRSS)were compared between two groups,scores of life quality Scale(SQLS)were evaluated.Results The PANSS,MRSS,SQLS,and scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"Five in one"model intervention can achieve significant effect on rehabilitation effect of schizophrenia patients,improve life quality and social communication greatly,and help them return to a normal and good life.
