Effect Analysis of Integrated Medical and Nursing Model on Nursing Effect of Fever Outpatient Patients
Objective To explore nursing effect and influence of integrated medical and nursing model on fever outpatient patients.Methods The paper chose 100 patients in fever outpatient of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022as research subjects,and divided them into two groups Through with random grouping.50 cases in experimental group were treated with integrated medical and nursing model,and 50 cases in control group with routine nursing methods.Nursing effect,outpatient visit scores and nursing satisfaction degree were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Waiting time for registration and payment,medical treatment,time of medical treatment,and waiting time for medication collection in experimental group with integrated medical and nursing model was much less than control group with routine nursing methods.Quality scores of registration and payment services,diagnosis and treatment service scores,and nursing service scores in experimental group were better than control group.Satisfaction degree of experimental group with the entire nursing process was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Integrated medical and nursing model can provide targeted nursing services based on actual situation of fever outpatient patients,can improve clinical symptoms,reduce negative effect of the disease,help them recover physical health and return to normal life quickly,improve nurse-patient relationships,and achieve high nursing satisfaction degree with good treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
