Application Effect Study of Pre Hospital Emergency Combined with In-Hospital Green Channel in Rescuing patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To analyze important effect of pre hospital emergency and green channel application in rescuing patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from August 2018 to October 2023 for analysis,and divided them into two groups according to rescue methods.Basic rescue group was treated with basic rescue methods,and combined rescue group with pre hospital emergency treatment and green channel combined rescue method.Rescue situation of the patients,incidence of complications,and changes in cardiac function were understood.Results Average triage intervention time(1.40±0.28)minutes,required time for myocardial reperfusion(56.32±4.82)minutes,and average rescue time(44.19±3.62)minutes in combined rescue group was better than basic rescue group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in combined rescue group was 8.0%,lower than 20.0%in basic rescue group.Survival rate in combined rescue group was 92.0%,higher than 80.0%in basic rescue group(P<0.05).Before rescue,comparison of multiple cardiac function indicators between two groups showed(P<0.05).After rescue,multiple cardiac function indices in combined rescue group were better than basic rescue group,with(P<0.05).Conclusion During practice of rescuing patients with acute myocardial infarction,application value of pre hospital emergency combined with in-hospital green channel should be emphasized,which can reduce time required for rescue,improve success rate of rescue,reduce incidence of complications in patients,and have positive effect on prognosis of patients.
