Diagnostic Value of Dual Source CT Coronary Angiography for Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease
Objective To explore application value of dual source CT coronary angiography in clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients. Methods The paper chose 168 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into routine group(treated with routine coronary angiography)and study group(with dual source CT coronary angiography)randomly, with 84 cases in each group.Curative effect was compared. Results Probability of detecting left main artery disease, left anterior descending artery disease, left circumflex artery disease, and right coronary artery disease in study group was 41.67%,77.38%,59.52%,and 57.14%respectively,higher than control group(P<0.05).Diagnostic accuracy of coronary artery branches and segments in study group was 92.86%and 95.24%respectively,significantly higher than 77.38%and 80.95%in routine group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual source CT coronary imaging plays better role in confirming location of lesions of patients with coronary heart disease.
