Clinical Diagnostic Effect Analysis of Color Ultrasound and CT for Acute Appendicitis
Objective To analyze diagnostic value of color ultrasound and CT for acute appendicitis.Methods The paper chose The paper reviewed and studied 100 suspected patients with acute appendicitis from May 2021 to May 2023.Diagnostic effect and diagnostic accuracy of two methods for different types of acute appendicitis was compared after Color ultrasound and CT scanning.Results Diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive and negative predictive values of CT for acute appendicitis were higher,there was difference with color ultrasound(P<0.05).There was no difference in diagnostic accuracy between two methods for acute gangrenous appendicitis(P>0.05).Diagnostic accuracy of CT for acute simple appendicitis and acute suppurative appendicitis(acute cellulitis appendicitis)was higher than color ultrasound,data difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT can diagnose acute appendicitis more accurately than color ultrasound,and play role in disease type determination,which can be promoted.
