Atopic dermatitis,as a chronic inflammatory skin disease closely related to genetic and allergic factors,has main clinical manifestations of itching,exudation,and polymorphic skin lesions.with increasing incidence of clinical atopic dermatitis in recent years,advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment have gradually become apparent,especially cultivating soil and clearing the heart formula can achieve significant curative effect on atopic dermatitis.The paper collects and summarizes clinical effect of cultivating soil and clearing the heart formula for atopic dermatitis in recent years,and research results of effect on behavior of patients,to provide basis for clinical application of cultivating soil and clearing the heart formula in traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of atopic dermatitis.
