目的 建立碳酸司维拉姆磷酸盐结合能力的离子色谱(IC)测定方法。方法 采用赛默飞AS11-HC离子色谱柱(250mm×4mm),淋洗液为10mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液,检测器为电导检测,抑制电流为25mA,流速为1。0mL/min,柱温为25℃,进样体积为25μL。结果 磷酸根在0。10~0。18mmol/L范围内的线性良好(r=0。9999),碳酸司维拉姆磷酸盐结合能力的测定结果为5。6mmol/g,RSD为0。8%。结论 本法快速、准确、可靠,可用于碳酸司维拉姆磷酸盐结合能力的测定。
Determination of Phosphate Binding Capacity of Sevelamer Carbonate
Objective To establish an ion chromatography(IC)method for determining phosphate binding capacity of sevelamer carbonate.Methods The paper chose Thermo Fisher AS11-HC ion chromatography column(250mm x 4mm),with eluent of 10mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution and conductivity detector,suppression current of 25mA,flow rate of 1.0mL/min,the column temperature of 25℃,and injection volume of 25μL.Results Linearity of phosphate ions in range of 0.10-0.18mmol/L was good(r=0.9999),determination of phosphate binding capacity of carbonated Sevelamer carbonate was 5.6mmol/g,with RSD of 0.8%.Conclusion The method is fast,accurate and reliable,which can be used for determination of phosphate binding capacity of sevelamer carbonate.
