Effect Analysis of Electronic Bronchoscopy Alveolar Lavage for Children with Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
Objective To analyze effect of electronic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage(EBALF)for children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods The paper chose 86 children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia from December 2021 to March 2023 as study subjects, and divided them into group A and group B randomly, with the same number of cases in each group.Group A was treated with routine treatment, while group B with electronic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage treatment.Curative effect was compared between two treatment options. Results Effective rate of treatment in group B was higher than group A(P<0.05).After treatment, average time of symptoms disappearance in group B was shorter than group A(P<0.05).Average length of stay in group B was shorter than group A(P<0.05).The FVC,FEV1,and FEV1/FVC index values of group B were higher than group A(P<0.05).The levels of various inflammatory factors in group B were lower than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumonia is typical refractory pneumonia for children, and routine treatment has limited effect.Electronic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage can significantly improve curative effect of children.
