Interventional Effect of Medical Diet and Nutrition Combined with Exercise Therapy for Pediatric Obese Children
Objective To explore intervention effect of medical diet nutrition combined with exercise therapy for on obese children. Methods The paper chose 88 pediatric obese children admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2023,and divided them into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44)randomly with combination of routine diet and exercise therapy. The weight, body mass, body fat percentage, waist hip ratio, blood lipid levels, and incidence of obesity related risk events during the intervention period were compared between two groups. Results After intervention, weight of observation group was, body weight was, body fat percentage was,and waist to hip ratio was, lower than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,TC,TG,and LDL-C in observation group was lower than control group, while HDL-C was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of obesity related risk events during the intervention period in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical dietary nutrition combined with exercise therapy intervention can reduce weight, improve body fat and blood lipid levels, and reduce incidence of obesity related risk events of obese children, which is worth promoting.
