Analysis of Effect of Combined Serum Tumor Marker Testing in Diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer
Objective To explore effect of serum tumor marker combined detection in diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods The paper chose patients with colorectal cancer, benign colorectal lesions, and healthy individuals with physical examination from March 2022 to March 2023,as colorectal cancer group, benign colorectal lesions group, and healthy control group respectively. All subjects were treated with serum tumor marker testing.Expression of serum tumor markers in each group was studied, effect of combined diagnosis was analyzed. Results Levels of various serum tumor markers in colorectal cancer group were higher than benign lesion group and healthy control group, with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).In terms of diagnostic effect, accuracy of combined detection for colorectal cancer diagnosis was higher than individual diagnosis of various serum tumor markers, with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum tumor biomarker levels of patients with colorectal cancer are higher than benign lesions.Combined testing is beneficial for improving diagnostic effect,so that treatment strategies can be developed early to improve prognosis of patients.
