Clinical Effect Observation of Risperidone Tablets Combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets for Residual Schizophrenia
Objective To explore clinical effect of risperidone tablets combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets in treatment of residual schizophrenia.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with residual schizophrenia admitted to Qianxi Kangjian Mental Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 41 cases in each group.Control group was treated with risperidone tablets,while observation group with risperidone tablets combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets,both groups were treated for 2 months.Clinical effect,psychological status,and incidence of adverse reactions was compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 90.24%,significantly higher than 73.17%in control group,(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of observation group and control group were significantly lower,those of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was higher than control group,difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of risperidone tablets and sertraline hydrochloride tablets is more effective for residual schizophrenia than risperidone only,with significant effect on improving symptoms and psychological state of patients,which is safe for application.
