Objective To explore clinical effect of TORCH detection in prenatal eugenics health examination. Methods The paper chose 1000 women with prenatal eugenics health examinations in Gansu Province from February 2021 to May 2022 as research subjects, treated with TORCH testing, and clinical test results were analyzed. Results RV IgG positive rate was 48.00%,CMV IgG positive rate was 65.00%,TOX IgM positive rate was 0.30%,CMV IgM positive rate was 0.40%,and TOX IgG positive rate was 3.90%.There was no significant difference in comparison of TOX IgM,CMV IgM,and CMV IgG positive rates among different age groups(P>0.05).TOX IgG positive rate of women aged 25~30 was lower than those under 25,and RV IgG positive rate aged 25~30 was higher than those under 25,(P<0.05).RV IgG and CMV IgG positive rates of urban women were higher than rural women.Positive rates of TOX-IgM and TOX-IgG were lower than rural women, with statistical significance(P<0.05),while CMV-IgM had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Prenatal eugenics health examination can screen infection status of pregnant women and reduce birth defects caused by TORCH infection effectively.
