Application Analysis of Different Urokinase Sealing Time before Using Ventilator in Treatment of Poor Function of Tunnel Hemodialysis Catheters
Objective To observe and analyze application of different urokinase sealing times before ventilator use in treatment of poor function of tunnel hemodialysis catheters. Methods The paper chose 30 patients with impaired function of tunnel hemodialysis catheters in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021,treated with pre machine urokinase catheter sealing, and divided them into group A(retained for 20 minutes),group B(retained for 40 minutes),and group C(retained for 60 minutes)according to different sealing time, with 10 cases in each group.Indicators including blood flow, venous pressure, urea clearance index, and catheter dysfunction during dialysis were analyzed between groups. Results Blood flow, urea clearance index,APTT,TT,FIB,and PT in group B and group C was significantly higher than group A,with statistical difference(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in venous pressure among three groups.Group B and C have higher incidence of adverse events than group A,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing different urokinase sealing time before ventilator use can improve incidence of catheter dysfunction of tunnel hemodialysis patients effectively, reduce coagulation index levels, improve blood flow and venous pressure. It is necessary to find simple, fast, and effective thrombolysis methods to solve catheter dysfunction, reduce pains, and improve dialysis quality of patients.
