Clinical Effect Analysis of Surgical Treatment for Severe Multiple Bone and Joint Injuries
Objective To observe effect of surgical treatment on patients with severe multiple bone and joint injuries. Methods The paper chose 90 patients with severe multiple bone and joint injuries from July 2020 to July 2023 for analysis, and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly, with conservative treatment and surgical treatment respectively.Catheter removal time, out of bed time after treatment, fracture healing time, length of stay,VAS,treatment effect, and incidence of complications was compared. Results Experimental group had better catheter removal time, out of bed time after treatment, fracture healing time, hospital stay, and VAS than control group(P<0.05).Effective rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05),there was statistically significant difference between the groups. Conclusion Surgical treatment can ensure rehabilitation efficiency, improve fracture healing efficiency, ensure rehabilitation quality, and alleviate discomfort and pain of patients with severe multiple bone and joint injuries effectively in a short period of time.
