Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Routine Rehabilitation Training on Hemorheology,Activity Function and Neurocytokines of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with routine rehabilitation training on hemorheology,activity function and neurocytokines of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 60 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022,and divided them into routine group and combination group according to double blind method.Routine group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and combination group with routine rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,30 cases in each group.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Treatment effect of combination group was significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,LSV,HCT,PSV,HSV,and ESR of combination group was significantly lower than routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores and Barthel scores in combination group were significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,NSE and S-100 βlevels in combination group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of acupuncture and moxibustion and routine rehabilitation training can effectively improve activity function,promote recovery of hemodynamics and neurological function,promote rehabilitation of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,with positive effect.
