Diagnostic Value Analysis of Different Clinical Testing Methods for Bacterial Vaginitis
Objective To explore and analyze diagnostic value of different clinical testing methods for bacterial vaginitis. Methods The paper chose 176 patients with suspected bacterial vaginitis(BV)with examination and diagnosis in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 as observation subjects, treated with different clinical tests(clue cell test, amine test, vaginal pH test, and BV rapid detection).Diagnostic value was evaluated, positive and negative detection rates were compared. Results Positive rate of BV rapid detection was higher than clue cell test, vaginal pH test, and amine test. There was no significant difference in positive rate between BV rapid detection and clue cell test, there was no significant difference in positive rate between vaginal pH test and amine test.Statistical results showed P>0.05.However,positive rates of BV rapid detection and clue cell test were significantly higher than vaginal pH test and amine test, with statistical results of P<0.05.Conclusion Clue cell test, amine test, vaginal pH test, and BV rapid test is commonly used detection methods for bacterial vaginitis. However, positive detection rate of BV rapid test and clue cell test is higher than vaginal pH test and amine test, with higher diagnostic value.
