Curative Effect of Intravenous Sucrose Iron Combined with Erythropoietin on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Anemia
Objective To explore curative effect of intravenous sucrose iron combined with erythropoietin on chronic renal anemia for maintenance hemodialysis. Methods The paper chose 100 chronic renal anemia patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly, with 50 cases in control group(treated with ferrous succinate+erythropoietin)and the other 50 cases in observation group(with intravenous sucrose iron+erythropoietin).Relevant clinical recovery indicators were compared between two groups. Results Total effective rate was 96.00%in observation group and 88.00%in control group, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment, difference in anemia indicators between two groups before treatment was not significant(P>0.05),while anemia indicators in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group and control group was 4.00%and 8.00%respectively,,there was not much difference between two groups,(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of intravenous sucrose iron and erythropoietin can achieve significant curative effect on maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal anemia, can improve anemia level of patients without increasing adverse reactions.
