Curative Effect Evaluation of Cooling Blood Stopping Nasal Bleeding Decoction for Nasal Bleeding
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of using Liangxue Zhixie Tang for the treatment of patients with nosebleeds.Methods Fifty patients who received treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a reference group using computer randomization.Different treatment methods were given to compare the clinical efficacy.Results The TCM syndrome score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group after treatment,The p-value is less than 0.05,and the treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group is higher than that of the reference group,If the p-value is less than 0.05,compared to the incidence of adverse reactions,the reference group has a higher incidence than the observation group,The p-value is less than 0.05.Conclusion The use of Liangxue Zhixie Tang has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with nosebleeds.
