Comparative Study Between Complete Laparoscopic Ileostomy and Traditional Ileostomy
Objective To explore and analyze clinical application effect of complete laparoscopic ileostomy and traditional ileostomy. Methods The paper chose 80 patients with single lumen ileostomy in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 as study subjects, and divided them into complete laparoscopic group(n=40)and traditional open group(n=40).Postoperative related indicators,30 day postoperative mortality rate and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results Surgery time and length of stay in complete laparoscopic group was significantly longer than traditional open group, adhesion release rate in laparoscopic group was higher than traditional open group.Readmission rate was lower than traditional open group, there was difference between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between complete laparoscopic group and traditional open surgery group,(P>0.05).There were no deaths in either group of patients 30 days after surgery, total incidence of complications(2.50%)within 30 days after surgery in complete laparoscopic group was lower than traditional open surgery group(20.00%),with difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Complete laparoscopic ileostomy can achieve more ideal surgical effect than traditional ileostomy, can ensure safety of patients effectively, which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
