Curative Effect Observation of Sodium Creatine Phosphate Combined with High-Dose Vitamin C in Treatment of Pediatric Viral Myocarditis
Objective To observe specific curative effect of combined sodium creatine phosphate and high-dose vitamin C on pediatric viral myocarditis. Methods The paper chose 68 pediatric patients with viral myocarditis from January 2020 to January 2023 as observation subjects, and divided them into two groups based on random number table method.Control group of 34 cases was treated with routine symptomatic treatment, while observation group of 34 cases with sodium creatine phosphate and high-dose vitamin C.Total clinical effect, myocardial enzyme indicators, adverse reactions, and electrocardiogram improvement were compared. Results Clinical effect of observation group was 94.1%,significantly higher than 73.5%in control group, comparison of effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).Improvement of LDH,CK,and CK-MB indicators in observation group was significantly better than control group, myocardial enzyme indicators in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 5.9%,lower than20.9%in control group. There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Improvement rate of electrocardiogram in observation group was 94.1%,significantly higher than 76.4%in control group.Data comparison showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium creatine phosphate and high-dose vitamin C can achieve ideal curative effect for pediatric viral myocarditis patients, can regulate myocardial enzyme indicators, promote rapid recovery, reduce adverse reactions effectively, which is worthy of promotion.
