Effect Analysis of External Fixation in Pre Hospital Emergency Treatment of Patients with Fractures and Multiple Traumas
Objective To explore value of external fixation in pre hospital emergency treatment for patients with fractures and multiple traumas. Methods The paper chose 45 patients with fractures and multiple traumas with pre hospital emergency treatment from January 2022 to January 2023 as sample subjects, and divided them into control group(treated with without external fixation treatment)and observation group(with external fixation treatment)according to pre hospital treatment mode.Pre hospital emergency situation, pain relief, and emergency response effect was compared between two groups. Results Pre hospital mortality rate and transport mortality rate of observation group was slightly lower than control group, difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Secondary injury rate of observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Pain relief in observation group was better than control group. Conclusion External fixation can effectively avoid secondary injuries for patients with fractures and multiple traumas, which can be a reference during pre hospital emergency treatment.
