基于影响因素探讨护生网络自主学习的对策

目的 调查护生网络自主学习状况的影响因素,并分析相应对策.方法 使用一般资料调查问卷、护生网络自主学习评价量表等对医学院423名护生进行调查.结果 护生网络自主学习评价量表评分总分(130.36±15.44)分;经单因素分析与多元逐步回归分析:性别女、非常喜欢本专业、有清晰职业规划及每日网络学习时间>3h的护生网络自主学习评分更高(P<0.05).结论 为进一步推动护生网络自主学习的发展,应赋予其个性化学习支持,深化专业热情,强调职业生涯规划的关键性,以及提供丰富多样的学习资源与支持.
Strategies Exploration of Online Self-Directed Learning of Nursing Students Based on Influencing Factors
Objective To investigate influencing factors of online self-directed learning of nursing students and analyze corresponding strategies.Methods The carried on survey of 423 nursing students in medical schools with general information survey questionnaires and nursing student online self-directed learning evaluation scales.Results Total scores of evaluation scale for online self-directed learning of nursing students were(130.36±15.44)points.Univariate analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis found,nursing students of female,with strong interest in major,clear career plans,more than 3 hours of online learning per day scored higher in online self-directed learning(P<0.05).Conclusion Differentiated learning support,passion enhancement for the profession,importance emphasis of career planning,and diverse learning resources and support can promote development of online self-directed learning of nursing students.
