Effect of Different Preprocessing Methods on Nighttime Cleaning and Sterilization of Laparoscopic Instruments
Objective To explore different pretreatment methods and compare effect of nighttime laparoscopic instrument cleaning and actual sterilization actively.Methods The paper chose 1750 laparoscopic instruments for patients with emergency laparoscopic surgery at night in the hospital from January to December 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into three groups randomly:group 1,group 2,and group 3.Group 1 was treated with tap water for flushing,while the other groups with spraying 1:200 multi enzyme cleaning diluent.Group 3 was treated with self prepared heparin moisturizing solution.Actual cleaning effect and final sterilization effect was compared among three groups,with visual inspection of cleaning effect and Jelly blood protein test paper method.Results Visual inspection of cleaning effect of group 1 was 93%,with qualified rate of Jelly blood protein test paper method of 93%.Visual inspection of cleaning effect of group 2 was 98%,with qualified rate of the Jelly blood protein test paper method of 98%.Visual inspection of cleaning effect of group 3 was 99%,with qualified rate of the Jelly blood protein test paper method of 99%.It could be clearly seen,there was significant statistical significance between group 2,3 and group 1,that of group 3 was higher than group 2,with little difference and no statistical significance.Sterilization qualification rate of group 1 was 94%,that of group 2 was 99%,and sterilization qualification rate of group 3 was 99%.It could be seen clearly,that of group 2 and 3 was higher than group 1,there was significant statistical significance between difference.That of group 3 was higher than group 2,with little difference and no statistical significance.Conclusion It can be clearly seen,nighttime instrument cleaning of laparoscopy mainly uses multi enzyme cleaning diluent and self prepared heparin moisturizing solution for pretreatment,with relatively good final cleaning and sterilization effect.Relatively speaking,spraying self formulated heparin moisturizer can achieve better pre-treatment effect.
