Application and Effect Evaluation of Internet Based Medical and Preventive Integration Service Model for Diabetes Full Cycle Management
Objective To explore application effect of the Internet based diabetes full cycle management medical prevention integration service model for type 2 diabetes patients.Methods The paper chose 200 patients with type 2 diabetes in Sanduo Central Health Center,and divided them into experimental group and control group with random number table,100 cases in each group.Experimental group was treated with the Internet based diabetes full cycle health management medical prevention integration service model,while control group with routine diabetes diagnosis and treatment and nursing service model.Fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin values of experimental group and control group were compared before intervention,6 months and 12 months after intervention.Life quality specific scale scores between two groups of diabetes patients before intervention and 12 months after intervention were compared,satisfaction degree between two groups with service quality after 12 months of intervention was compared.Results:After 12 months of intervention,scores of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and life quality specific scale of diabetes patients in two groups were significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.05).Scores of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and life quality specific scale of patients with diabetes in experimental group were lower than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of intervention,satisfaction degree of experimental group with medical technology,nursing technology,diagnosis and treatment results,health education,and service attitude was higher than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Internet based diabetes full cycle management medical prevention integration service model can reduce fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,and improve life quality and satisfaction degree of patients effectively,which is conducive to prevention and treatment of diabetes.
