Analysis of Strengthening Quality Management Construction of Blood Transfusion Department in Grassroots Hospitals to Ensure Blood Transfusion Safety Clinical Effect
Objective To explore clinical effect of strengthening quality management construction of blood transfusion departments in grassroots hospitals on ensuring blood transfusion safety.Methods The paper chose 96 patients with blood transfusion treatment in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into observation group and reference group randomly.Reference group was treated with routine blood transfusion management,while observation group with strengthened blood transfusion quality management.Clinical nursing effect was compared.Results Scores of blood transfusion quality control in observation group were higher than reference group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree level of observation group was significantly higher than reference group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening management of transfusion department in grassroots hospitals can ensure blood transfusion safety effectively,which has significant clinical value.
