Effect of Collaborative Nursing Intervention of Medical Staff and Family Members on Children with Pneumonia and Nursing Quality
Objective To explore effect of collaborative nursing interventions of medical staff and family members for nursing of children with pneumonia. Methods The paper chose 72 children with pneumonia in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly, with 36 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional nursing, while observation group was treated with collaborative nursing of medical staff and family members.Symptom improvement time, lung function indicators, and nursing quality scores were compared between two groups. Results Treatment compliance of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05),symptom improvement time in observation group was shorter than control group, including cough resolution time, body temperature recovery time, and lung rale disappearance time. There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),no difference in lung function index levels between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Lung function index levels in observation group, were higher than control group, including FVC,PEF,FEV1,difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Nursing quality scores of observation group were higher than control group, including nursing technique scores, service attitude scores, ward environment scores, health education scores, and sense of responsibility scores, with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing intervention of medical staff and family members can accelerate recovery of children with pneumonia, shorten symptom improvement time, improve lung function indicators towards normal levels, and enhance overall nursing quality, which is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
