Effect Research of Individualized Nursing Concept Combined with Wet Dressing in Dressing Change of Patients with Diabetes Foot
Objective To analyzeap plication effect of individualized nursing concept combined with wet dressing in dressing change of patients with diabetes foot.Methods The paper chose 108 patients with diabetes foot admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to October 2022 as study subjects,and divided them study group(n=54)and reference group(n=54)according to the different nursing methods.Reference group was treated with with routine nursing combined with wet dressings,and study group with individualized nursing concept combined with wet dressings.Clinical indicators and nursing effect were compared between two groups.Results The length of stay,average dressing change time,and complete wound healing time of study group was shorter than control group.At the same time,total number of dressing changes in study group after admission was less than control group(P<0.05).Nursing effective rate of study group was 96.30%,higher than 85.19%of reference group.(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of individualized nursing concept and wet dressing can accelerate the recovery of wounds dressing change of patients with diabetes foot,with significant nursing effect.
